Service description

YouAssistant is a browser extension providing YouTube subscription categorization, cloud sync, and related features. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature at any time, with reasonable notice to users.

Account and use

No account is required to use the Free plan — simply install the extension and start using it. Subscribing to Pro requires creating an account; we collect your email for login, billing receipts, and subscription notifications. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately if you detect any unauthorized access.

Prohibited behavior

You may not use the service for any illegal purpose, or attempt to reverse engineer, crack, or interfere with the service.

Paid services

Detailed pricing, billing cycles, and refund rules for the Pro plan are described on the Refund Policy page. Subscriptions can be cancelled any time before renewal; the current period remains usable after cancellation.

The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we make no express or implied warranties regarding availability, stability, or fitness for a particular purpose.

Limitation of liability

In no event shall our liability exceed the amount you actually paid for the service in the past 12 months.

Changes to terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced at least 30 days in advance in-product or via email. Continued use means acceptance of the new terms.
