How to Check Your YouAssistant Account and Channel Status
The Account tab shows your YouAssistant login and plan. The Channels tab can show recent publishing activity, which is separate from your account status.
Get started with YouAssistant

Open Account
Select the Account tab in the YouAssistant extension.

Review login and plan
Check your sign-in state and current plan. Refresh or reopen the account view if a recent purchase is not reflected.

Review channel activity separately
Open Channels and check the Status column where activity information is available.
Check sign-in and plan details
Open Account to see whether you are signed in and which plan is active. Pro accounts may also show plan and renewal or validity details.
Understand channel activity labels
Channels may be labeled Active, Normal, or Inactive based on available recent publication dates. These labels describe publishing activity, not whether you are subscribed.
Use labels as a review aid
An inactive channel may still have useful videos, and missing publication data can appear as unknown. Review a channel before unsubscribing. Channel status and custom labels are Pro features.
